They took the little time and gave the sweet talk that was necessary to win the confidence of my ten year old kitty and overcame his resistance to going to the vet even though he's on the testy side. Quite remarkable, really, considering he was once feral and is still warming to people after all these years. PAH has good people and they both diagnosed and corrected his gum disease.

We came to Preston Animal Hospital as a new patient today with our cat who had recently been diagnosed with heart failure. Dr Ramsey and team were so kind and explained everything super clearly. Later that same day, our cat was in severe distress and after I called, they decided they would wait for us even though the clinic was supposed to be closed. We are grateful that in our cats final moments we were all surrounded by such caring people. We are in awe of the care we received. Thank you so much.

I took my new stray kitten for his first shots. They are so caring and knowledgeable. They gave him treats while giving the shots so he didn't even notice. We setup his appointment for neutering before we left. I'm thrilled my friend referred me here. I highly recommend them.
