I had such a wonderful experience at PetVet365 with my puppy, Brody. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, and they made the entire visit feel easy and stress-free for both Brody and myself. The wait was very short, and I never felt rushed. All of the staff and Dr. Jewell were fantastic. They took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Jewell shared a lot of great information and was easy to talk to. You can tell the people here genuinely care about the animals they treat. I am so happy to have found them and will definitely be bringing Brody back.

Honestly one of the best vets I’ve been too, my pup loves them and so does my kiddo! We are so happy to say my baby’s UTD on his shots!

The online booking option was very easy and user friendly. We were told that appointments were running a little behind which was no problem at all. We ended up waiting an hour past our appointment time and was never once updated about how much longer or that appointments were running over an hour behind. We ended up leaving without being seen. In the future, I would recommend better communication with patients and maybe calling appointments to come in at a later time if they are running so far behind. Or, at the very least, have someone pop their head in the room to see if anything is needed and to update wait times.

We always have such an amazing experience with PetVet365 Blankenbaker! Dr. Walker and Jess, the Tech, have been absolutely incredible with my pup. They are both so caring, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely treat him with much care. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure both my pup and I feel comfortable and cared for. It’s such a relief knowing he is in such loving and capable hands. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Walker and Jess have done for us and highly recommend PetVet365 Blankenbaker to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares! ❤️🐾
