This has not happened once but twice! We dropped off a sample to be sent to the lab telling us we would have the results the next day. We call about three days later and they have the results but the doctor hasn't gotten a chance to look at them and they are not back until Saturday. We called again on Saturday and they would still not look at the results. After getting upset they call on Sunday trying to blame the lab company for the late results even though we knew they had them for awhile. My cat is sick for heavens sake and needs help and they could honestly not care less! If your pet needs immediate help do not set foot in the place they will drag their feet the whole way! Again this is the second time they have done this with 2 different cats so it's not a one off mistake!
