We had to bring our 16 year old cat in to be euthanized. As heartbroken as we were, the staff was so caring and consoling. They all took such great care of us and made the procedure a little more bearable through our tears. Our hearts are broken but they were so gentle with Samurai til the end. Thank you to all of the staff.

Been waiting 3.5 hours. Still haven't seen doctor! If they are an emergency hospital they need more than one doctor!!! Cost $250.00 to walk in the door then wait for hours. Very sad 😢

I brought my 9 year old dog in for his very first check up. And they didn't even touch him,take blood or anything they told us he was in pain. And that's it. What if my dog has something wrong inside of him that was the whole purpose we took him in there. And on top of that we where in there for 3 hours that was fine but we where charged $250 to be told he was in pain. And remember they didn't even lay a finger on my dog to see if he had lumps or anything. I'm supposed to go back and pay another 70 just for them to tell me he's better. Please tell me all vets are not like this!!!

The personal is trained to waste your time. No compassion, no empathy. They charge you $250 for being seat in the lobby and after 5 hours if you wants to leave because you and your pet are tired and your pet did not receive the medical attention yet they advise you to leave if you want, in that case you lost the money. Of course, they make sure to tell you that at the time all the clinic are close and they are the only in the area 24hrs. They don’t make nothing for you till you are so tired and stressed waiting for 5 or 6 hours that you pay the enormous bill that they are charging you. Here you pay the triple than in other clinics. Let me repeat, the big problem here is not the bill is the 0 compassion and the disrespectful way that they make waste your time, and you can hear the personal laughing the all day doing nothing. I never thought in my life that people who works with pets could be that way. Let me say that the dr did a great job, but if she allow everything is happening here of course she is guilty too.
