We are so grateful for Dr. Bennett. She truly turned one of the most difficult moments of our life into something gentle, calm, and helped our little Lucy pass on peacefully. Thank you and Cori again for taking care of us and being so very sweet to our precious girl Lucy. God bless.

Where to even begin. Our cat Smokey was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2020. We were able to provide him with a good quality of life until summer 2025. At that time, his health declined suddenly. Cori and Dr. Bennett were able to make time for us with short notice which we so appreciated. Cori's communication was compassionate. She really understood what we were going through. Dr. Bennett came to our home and was so delicate and caring with Smokey. She helped him to pass peacefully at home, and allowed our final moments to be calm and full of love. We are so grateful to Heart's Ease for the care they showed to Smokey and us.

Words cannot express how wonderful both Cori and Dr. Courtney were through our time with Bailey. The care and compassion from both of them was amazing. I am truly thankful for both of them

We are so incredibly grateful to Heart's Ease, Dr. Courtney Bennett, and Cori for the compassion and comfort they brought to us during our 17-year-old cat Sue’s final moments. Knowing Sue was able to pass peacefully at home, in such gentle hands, meant more to us than I can express. Letting her go was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but Dr. Bennett made such a heartbreaking experience feel peaceful, dignified, and full of love. Her ability to ease such a painful situation is truly an amazing gift. Even under difficult circumstances, it was a pleasure talking with her (and a welcome distraction from the moment) and it honestly felt like talking with an old friend while sharing stories about Pittsburgh, Louisville’s food scene, and of course, cats. I also want to thank Cori, who handled scheduling and communication with so much compassion and kindness from the very beginning. Every interaction with Heart’s Ease made us feel supported. What this team does for people and their beloved pets is such a genuinely meaningful gift. We will always be grateful for the comfort and peace they gave our sweet Sue in her final moments.
