I signed up for the promotion offering a free first visit. They sold me medication for my cat that cost $100+ without informing me beforehand how expensive it would be. The same medications would have been about three times cheaper at veterinary pharmacies. Then, during checkout, they also tried to charge me for the appointment, even though I had scheduled a free visit. They should have informed me in advance that the medications would be so expensive. If I had known, I would have purchased one medication from them to qualify for the free first visit promotion and bought the rest at a regular pharmacy. The appointment itself was also strange. They didn’t even take my cat’s temperature, they didn’t properly examine the ears with a light and instruments, and they didn’t provide any written results of the examination with a diagnosis

Angel went out of her way to help me with an issue I created by my own procrastination! ELAH has always treated my pets and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Five stars!!
