I had a very positive experience with BluePearl Pet Hospital. I spoke with Tyanna after my dog ate way too many ThunderWunders, and she was extremely helpful and professional. She took the time to consult with the veterinarian while I waited on the phone and then directed me to Pet Poison Control for further guidance. Poison Control advised me to monitor my dog closely, and thankfully, that was all that was needed. I really appreciated Tyanna taking the time to listen, check with the vet, and point me in the right direction. I live about an hour away, but if I ever need emergency pet care, I will definitely reach out to BluePearl. Thanks again, Tyanna, for your professionalism, kindness, and help!
