Banfield Pet Hospital

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have several slots open online and it will let you book an appointment then when you get here they will say they can’t see you cuz apparently their online schedule doesn’t reflect correctly so either call or don’t waste your time driving here save yourself the time money and energy. My poor cat is stressed in the car and now I had to cause him uneasy anxiety.

Not a great experience. Unfriendly staff.

The worst Banfield I have experienced. Scheduled a puppy appointment for all shots and flea & tick medicine. The lady that was supposed to to be the nurse for our pup, was clueless it seemed and did not want to help. We had an account, they said there was an issue, we called the finance department who told us and the nurse there was a system issue and there was no issue with the account. Then she said she would have to reach out to the program manager who wasn’t there, when the guy on the phone said there’s no reason they couldn’t put a new account in my spouses name, since it is a Banfield system issue and not on the customer. Then proceeded to have the guy at the front desk call and talk to the same department just to tell us the same thing. We waited for 2 hours….the nurse didn’t ask us once if we wanted to just pay for the shots and everything. She didn’t want to help, she didn’t care. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANFIELD specifically. I’ve had great experiences at other locations, this one however…horrible. Not to mention it was not clean and you can tell it is going down hill physically inside the rooms as well.
